The Programme:
A background in contract law can direct business-persons while they negotiate or make contracts, and enable them to make written contracts effectively.
A written contract reflects the agreement between parties. It gives their obligations. It also has legal consequences affecting obligations, non-performance and disputes arising from the contract. It is essential to appreciate how certain standard terms in contracts affect one’s interests.
The programme “Intricacies Of Contracts : Simplified“ is designed to acquaint participants with basic principles of contract law, and the purpose and effect of some standard terms in contracts. The insights acquired during the programme will guide participants while they negotiate and make contracts. They will be able to make contract-related decisions consciously and more effectively.
