The publication is a study of new manufacturing businesses in Pune. It gives incisive analysis of the business categories that have entered Pune in the past 5 years, the investment they have proposed to bring in and the employment they intend to create. A list of the companies that have proposed operations in Pune over the past 5 years as well as of those proposing to commence operations in 2006 is included in the book for easy reference. Graphical analysis of investment and employment trends (year-wise and category-wise) is included in the book so as to make it more interesting and easy-to-read.
