The committee envisages to take initiatives that would help bridge the gap between the industry and the academia. The core group comprises of MSME owners, experts in skill development and heads of educational institutions. Regular meetings are held wherein issues of the academic institutions are discussed alongside on what steps to be taken to create industry ready workforce.
National level symposiums have been held in the past to address the issues of creating an Industry ready workforce and bridging the gap between the industry and academia.
